Equine Entrepreneur Camp

All students will recieve a lesson with Ashley Mclaughlin every day. This camp is Tuesday-Thursday 10am-3pm and is NOT a Stay-Away Camp. Ages 10-19. Students will start the day with a morning meditation. Topics for the camp include Horse Basics such as saftey, grooming, colours breeds, Horse Ownership including costs-Feed, Board, Emergency Fees, Farriers, Transportaion, ECT. Speakers such as vets, farriers and chiropractors will speak about their carrers in the Equine Industry, and learn about schools, scholarships and pathways. Students will learn about business basics, and create their own business plan using the information learned from the camp. Buiseness planning will include networking and fun games to keep it interesting. Lastly, participants will participate in a Horse Show, demonstrating the knowlege they have learned over the duration of the camp, parents are welcome to attend, and will present their business ideas with a booth!
